We could not have asked for a better day at the fair. First the weather was beautiful. Second Marc and I stayed away from anything fried. Third Joey never had a meltdown- Wow! When we got there Marc and I agreed we would leave when Joey told us it was time to head home :) But it never came to that he did really well except a few times when he received some freedom from the stroller he would protest and refuse to go back in! Cameron was at a fun age- of course all he talks about are the rides. He did say the baby pigs were his favorite.
Cameron turned 3 on Saturday and boy did he get spoiled! First he started the morning out by opening his gifts from Marc, Joey, & I. Then he got to pick out where he wanted to go for breakfast and of course what Marc and I were fearing we went to McDonald's. We went home and played with new toys and got ready for the big "lighting McQueen" party. Cameron was able to slip in a 45 min power nap ( so hard to do with all the excitement). He can't stop talking about how fun his "big" party was. He enjoyed the water slide, gifts, pizza, and ice cream cake with all his friends and family (pics below). Cameron wants everyone to know how lucky he is to have such great people in his life and a "big" thanks for making his birthday soooooo much fun!
