Joey is 2!

OK I know I am way behind! The summer has been very busy or should I say I am trying to keep these boys busy- because even with a bazillion toys at home they still tend to get bored or get on each others nerves which then leads to whining & crying which then leads to a famous quote from my own mother "you are getting on mommy's last nerve" and FYI that last nerve is still hanging in there, thanks goodness huh!!!!! I shouldn't paint such a horrid picture because really if kept entertained my boys are actually pretty good boys! Even though the entertaining does get exhausting I wouldn't trade it in for anything............but I would love to have the assistance of my own personal chef, chauffeur, maid, and gardener(preferably toned and good looking between the ages of 20-25) then 100% focus on the boys would be easy peasy!!!! I know every mother's dream huh!
Well back to Joey and his 2nd b-day!!!! We did our first firefighter themed party can you believe that...... and if you didn't think the boys already had enough fire trucks Joey got more which is great because Joey loves them probably a bit more than Cameron did at this age. Joey would wear his fire boots and fire coat all day everyday if we'd let him! It is hard for me to believe he is two because I feel like he has been two for awhile now, amazing how the second kiddo grows up way faster than the first. Enjoy!

Presents from mom, dad, & Cameron!!!!
He got a new Tricycle from mom & dad.

Cameron of course got him the guns aka: "shooting things" is what Cameron calls them.

Big present from Pop and Grandma ( it is a basketball goal)
Joey got Fire boots or some might say "rain boots" that he had to put on right away.

Some pics I took of our lil' firefighter Joey at the fire house

IMS!!!! 5-17-09

We took the boys to the track on Bump day and had a blast. Cameron loved every minute of it. Joey loved the fact he could just run around! I think it was armed forces day so the boys saw helicopters, hummvee's, tanks, cannons etc. Joey loved sitting in the helicopter we had a hard time getting him out and many tears were shed. The weather was beautiful and next year I think we will pack up the coolers and make it an all day affair considering how much fun the boys had.

Last Day of School 5/14/09

"Schools out for summer" Cam had his last day of school and we got to go hang out with him. His class sang a selection of all the songs they learned all year- was very cute! Then we got to enjoy bubbles and Popsicles. Joey loved it was all about doing everything the big kids did he even lined up with the other kids and hugged on Cam's teacher Ms. Zipes- I think he is ready for next year, We will see!

Of course Joey finished his Popsicle first!

Cameron and his girlfriend Greta! He got his Popsicle and immediately went and found Greta and sat with her!!!!!! Thank goodness Greta is in her class next year.

The boys! Cameron has made some really good friends this year we plan on hanging out with them over the summer.

Happy Birhtday 4/22/09

Well Marc and I both had great birthdays! The boys had lots of fun buying us presents and helping eat all the goodies. The boys got me 5 white roses (when asked how many flowers to get mommy Cameron insisted on 5 and that is what I got) and a very yummy cake! Marc received a new shirt and watch. When I first asked Cameron what he wanted to get his dad he told me "Daddy needs some sponge bob jammies" well we didn't come across any sponge bob jammies so we got daddy a new watch. Let me know if anyone finds some men's large sponge bob jammies so we can make sure to pick them up for Father's day!!!! Thanks to everyone who also helped us celebrate our bdays XOXO!
Marc opening his new watch!

It is funny how mommy is always behind the camera and not in front of it!!!!
